すべての姿と様相を現す「光」は、明暗、陰影、色彩、かたちを映しだす不可欠な存在です。照明デザインは、このことを見据え、光の創造、理論、技術、合理性を多角的に考察し、魅力的で快適な「光の間」をつくりだすデザインです。
光の原理である投射、反射、透過を熟知し巧みに操り、光と空間を創造的に結合することが重要であり、優れた照明デザインはこのことが明快に計画されています。他方で現代社会における多様な価値観、背景から設計者、専門家をはじめ、多くの人からの知見、意見を集積し応用することで、照明空間の最適化、最大化へと導いていきます。
ツキライティングオフィスは、幅広い観点から課題を抽出し、方法論を導き、柔軟に交差しながら社会価値の高い、魅力ある創造的な照明デザインと照明空間の実現を目指していきます。
Light is a physical phenomenon which plays a fundamental role in shaping all figures through our optical perception, as a sight of contrasting shades, shadows and colours. A comfortable and appealing environment is achieved by designing it, which involves diverse creative processes supported by both theoretical studies and technological knowledge. This is where lighting design steps in.
A well planned lighting design oversees the principles of light, that includes projection, reflection and penetration, in accordance with the nature of the space they are utilised in. We also value the importance of accumulated knowledge from architects, designers and experts in various other fields, in pursuit of contextual thinking that is relevant in the setting within our modern society. These are the key ingredients to the successful lighting design optimised for each space.
